The SVG Rings: The background text sits on two transparent SVG paths (circles of different radii). Using the <textPath> element allows the text to automatically bend and wrap along the curve of the vector circles without relying on JavaScript to calculate individual letter spacing.
Opposing Rotations: The two SVG rings are wrapped in standard div containers that utilize continuous CSS keyframe animations. The outer ring rotates clockwise (35s), and the inner ring rotates counter-clockwise (28s). Because they use linear timing, the motion is infinite and perfectly smooth.
