A high-impact promotional popover featuring an infinite vertical marquee background, a large central content circle, and an overlapping urgency badge.
When standard exit-intent modals fail to capture attention, your storefront requires a bolder approach. The Marquee Circular Promo Popover transforms the traditional discount alert into an energetic, highly visual promotional popover widget. Combining the hypnotic motion of vertical scrolling text with a stark, geometric central overlay, this widget guarantees your flash sale messaging is impossible to ignore.
This marquee popup abandons the standard white rectangle in favor of layered, high-contrast geometry.
Vertical Infinite Marquee: The background features multiple columns of massive typography scrolling vertically in opposing directions. This kinetic scrolling text popover creates a deep, textured backdrop that immediately draws the eye to the corner of the screen.
Central Content Circle: Dead center over the scrolling background sits a solid, perfectly round focal point. By placing the crucial discount information inside a strict geometric circle, the design establishes immediate visual hierarchy over the chaotic background motion.
Overlapping Urgency Badge: An absolute-positioned, slightly rotated e-commerce sales badge ("Last Chance") breaks the boundary of the main circle. This mimics a physical sticker, adding an organic, tactile feel to the digital layout.
Behind the aggressive styling is a lightweight, mathematically precise framework designed to protect your website's performance.
Dynamic Scroll Velocity: This animated conversion popup utilizes a custom JavaScript engine that measures the height of the container. It dynamically calculates exactly how many text clones are needed to fill the space and mathematically adjusts the CSS animation speed so the scroll remains perfectly smooth and constant on any screen size.
Responsive Scaling: Both the scrolling background text and the central promotional copy utilize CSS clamp() functions. The Shopify flash sale widget will look massive and commanding on a 4K monitor, but seamlessly shrink to fit within the strict bounds of a mobile screen without ever breaking its circular shape.
Sticky Placement Logic: The sticky discount popup respects native placement attributes, allowing you to snap it securely to the bottom-left, bottom-right, or middle of the screen without covering critical site navigation.
This website promo overlay is engineered for high-stakes retail moments. Deploy it during Black Friday and Cyber Monday events, final-hours clearance pushes, or exclusive limited-time product drops where creating a sense of kinetic urgency is critical to driving immediate conversions.
